Lindsey Carter, RMT, CDT
registered massage therapist, vodder certified manual lymph drainage practitioner, Matrix repatterning practitioner
Lindsey has more than 25 years experience working as a Registered Massage Therapist. She is also a certified Manual Lymph Drainage and Lymphedema Therapist. She studied and received her certification with the internationally recognized Dr. Vodder school. This training and experience gives Lindsey the skills to work with clients recovering from cancer treatment, surgery, trauma, and many conditions that cause inflammation within the body (more details below).
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a light, rhythmic treatment that stimulates the natural flow of lymph throughout the body. This facilitates the removal of metabolic waste from the tissues while bringing nutrients and oxygen to the cells, creating an environment ideal for healing.
While MLD is well known as a treatment for individuals who have undergone lymph node removal/dissection or radiation, it can be beneficial for many other conditions, including:
* Primary or Secondary lymphedema
* Sprains, strains or fractures
* Post-surgical trauma
* Wounds
* migraines
* Chronic sinusitis
* Traumatic injuries
* Dermatological disorders
In her ongoing effort to help clients find answers to their chronic pain, Lindsey discovered Matrix Repatterning and completed her certification. This is a gentle yet profound therapy, developed by Dr. George Roth, that corrects imbalances within the body at a cellular level. A comprehensive assessment can help determine underlying sources of restriction often due to impact injuries that have accumulated over a lifetime. By precisely locating these areas and applying gentle, hands-on treatment, the layers of tension can start to unravel.
If you are interested in booking an assessment for Matrix Repatterning and follow-up treatment, please call Lindsey at (613)884-9799. You can also learn more about Matrix Repatterning at www.matrixrepatterning.com

Jennifer Quilty, RMT
REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Jennifer is a Registered Massage Therapist with a heart for supporting parents through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the profound transition into motherhood.
She believes deeply in the body's innate capacity to heal — and that skilled, attuned touch creates the conditions for that process to unfold. Her approach is rooted in the idea that pregnancy doesn't have to mean discomfort. With the right support, it can be a season of expansion, ease, and even profound change.
Jennifer's sessions focus on creating space within the body — releasing tension held in the hips, ribs, and jaw, and allowing the tissues to soften and reorganise around greater ease. Drawing on Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, and craniosacral technique, her work is informed, intentional, and always responsive to what each client needs in that moment.
In the postpartum season, Jennifer shows up as part of the village — because recovery after birth deserves more than it's typically given. She understands firsthand the complexity of that time, having navigated her own postpartum journey including breastfeeding challenges and postpartum mental health. That lived experience shapes the quality of presence and understanding she brings to every session.
She is passionate about care that sees the whole person and is proud to be part of the integrative community at Glebe Health House.
Jennifer is now welcoming new clients; we are excited to have her as part of our GHH team
