Come and join us for YOGA WITH A THERAPEUTIC PURPOSE IN THIS 8-WEEK SERIES in our beautiful clinic space! **Small 5-student classes give you a semi-private feel!**
CLASS DESCRIPTION : Learn about the healing powers of yoga for body, mind and soul in this gentle but powerful all-levels class. Your instructor will guide you to explore gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation with an emphasis on caring for body, mind and soul. Classes will include gentle strengthening exercises, active and passive forms of stretching, myofascial release, and restorative postures with the intention of providing a healing space for both body and mind. Each class will explore an area of the body or a theme. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities and is trauma-informed.
This therapeutically oriented class will offer lots of options and modifications.
Spaces are limited so register early!
This series is perfect for a seasoned yogi or for a first timer! (ALL LEVELS)
$160 plus hst for an 8 week series
All the props you will need are provided. Show up with your mat or a cushioned blanket, and get ready to let go to unwind your tension and stress!

MINDFULNESS FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN WITH ERIN MCCARTHY
3 WEEK EXCLUSIVE SERIES

Join Erin McCarthy for an exclusive 3 part series! **This is a hands on series that will teach kids some of the basics of Mindfulness and how to bring more mindfulness into their daily routine! Walk away with mindfulness techniques that kids can immediately start implementing at home and at school to help manage big emotions, build resilience and find our calm.
We'll cover Mindful breathing, Mindful senses, and Mindful emotions...and work on developing a growth mindset to build resilience
Ideal age range is 6-10 years but please contact Erin below for more guidance on this.

MINDFUL GIRLS (A WORKSHOP FOR TWEENS)
Friday, June 7th 6-7:30 pm
In this 90 minute workshop we’ll explore ways to use mindfulness to find our calm and better handle all the ups and downs that come with the tween years! We'll share our stories, build our self-empowerment and let our light shine in a supportive, fun environment!
(*Mindful Girls is open to any child who identifies as a girl and is between 9-12 years old)
