Come and join us for YIN & RESTORATIVE CLASSES IN A 5 or 6 WEEK SERIES in our beautiful clinic space! **Small 5-student classes give you a semi-private feel!**

Learn about the healing powers of yoga for body, mind and soul in this gentle but powerful all-levels class. This class blends Yin & Restorative yoga to offer a deep release in your tissues and organs, while you unwind, release stress and discover a deeper capacity for healing rest. Yin yoga explores relaxed postures for 3 to 5 mins to release and restore the health of connective tissues. Restorative yoga postures are fully supported shapes designed to release the internal organs while calming the nervous system. This therapeutically oriented class will offer lots of options and modifications.

Spaces are limited so register early!

This series is perfect for a seasoned yogi or for a first timer! (ALL LEVELS)

$120 plus hst for the 6 week series

$160 plus hst for the 8 week series

All the props you will need are provided. Show up with your mat or a cushioned blanket, and get ready to let go to unwind your tension and stress!

The holidays can be challenging. Long to-do lists; family; work parties; racing around trying to make everything perfect...it’s easy for the joy of the holidays to get lost in all the busy-ness.

Let’s make this year different! This one day workshop will introduce you to mindfulness techniques that can help you find the calm in the midst of the holiday chaos and reconnect with the happiness that the holidays can bring. You’ll leave with techniques to help you cultivate peace and joy!Can’t wait to see you you there!

INTRODUCING: MINDFUL KIDS!

5 WEEK SERIES

Fridays 430-530 pm BEGINS Jan 18 - Feb 15 2018

Join Erin McCarthy for a 5-Week Mindful Kids Series! **This is a hands on series that will teach kids how to bring more mindfulness into their daily routine that they can immediately begin implementing at home and school.

Mindfulness can help children develop compassion, curiosity, empathy, focus and attention. Your child will learn tools like mindful breathing, mindful listening, mindful emotions and mindful eating. Bonus: it’s all taught in a playful, fun way that kids love!

Ideal age range is 5-11 years but please contact Erin below for more guidance on this.

**Drop your participant off and enjoy the Glebe Vibe; many options for restaurants and shops around the clinic!

Cost: $99 per child (NO HST)
